Is this pilot right for you?
Recruiting 10–15 owner-drivers for a six-week pilot. Expressions of interest are open; driving starts only after device and route validation.
- Where it runs
- The pilot area is Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay and Redlands in South East Queensland. We screen individual routes before accepting a driver; being in the area does not confirm route coverage.
- Which combinations can take part
- This pilot focuses on rigid trucks and single-trailer combinations: a truck on its own or with one semitrailer, dog or pig trailer. Acceptance depends on the actual setup and route. B-doubles, road trains and custom combinations are future scope, outside this pilot, with no release date promised. Dangerous-goods, oversize and permit-dependent overmass journeys are also excluded.
- What testers do
- Set up your truck and loaded measurements, check a route, review warnings, then save and recheck familiar runs. Allow 15 minutes each week, while parked, to share setup difficulties, unclear warnings and reliability issues. Use only the routes and phone build agreed in your invitation.
- Phone and connection
- Tell us whether you use iPhone or Android. Driving starts only after device and route validation. Your invitation names the approved app build and phone requirements. Place search, new route checks and rerouting need a connection; full offline use is not yet confirmed.
- How long it lasts
- Six weeks from your onboarding. Recruitment is open now; your invitation specifies your start date after device and route validation.
- How many places
- The first cohort is 10–15 owner-drivers. Registering interest does not reserve a place; we screen your setup, routes and phone before inviting you.
- Cost and incentives
- You receive free pilot access and direct support during the six-week pilot, with a chance to help shape the app around your work. There is no cash or gift incentive. Registering interest does not start a paid subscription.
The equipment you drive
Different trucks.

The initial pilot focuses on rigid trucks and single-trailer setups: truck only, single semitrailer, truck and dog or truck and pig. B-doubles, road trains and custom combinations are future scope, outside this pilot.
Bodywork is a separate choice: concrete, livestock, vehicle transport, everyday freight and more. A configuration option describes your equipment; it does not establish where it can operate.
The current development build limits route checks to a truck on its own or with one semitrailer, dog or pig trailer. B-double, road-train and custom setups can be recorded, but their route checks remain unavailable until approved-network access and provider support are verified. Each driver’s routes and phone must pass validation before driving starts. The invitation names the approved build and start date.
Dangerous-goods and oversize freight can be recorded, but route checks, reroutes and guidance for those journeys are unavailable in this build. Basic truck checks do not verify permits, notices, overmass or restricted-network access, including PBS, HML or CML eligibility. Use your approved specialist planning process where those requirements apply.

Your operating region
Tell us where you normally run.
The pilot area covers Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay and Redlands. We are recruiting 10–15 owner-drivers and screen individual routes before acceptance; this is not blanket coverage of every road in those areas. Tell us about your rigid truck or single-trailer setup, general operating region and phone. Multi-trailer interest can be recorded for future scope, but those setups are outside this pilot.
A route result does not grant access, replace a permit or establish that every restriction is covered. Read its warnings and check the requirements for the actual trip.
Reception & your phone
Preparation has separate parts.
Place search, new route checks and rerouting need a connection. Retained trip information, map downloads and voice preparation each have their own status in supported builds.
Full native offline maps, voice and restart behaviour are still being validated for the pilot. An invitation will describe the supported conditions for your build.
